Toll Brothers launches promotion
Toll Brothers will hold its National Sales Event in its Las Vegas neighborhoods today through Feb. 27.
According to David Straub, division vice president, the company will offer financial incentives during the sales event.
He said sales and incentive packages will vary among neighborhoods. To take advantage of the offers, buyers must make a deposit during the promotion and sign an agreement of sale within 10 days of deposit.
"With the great rates that are still out there, and with the amazing savings and incentives we're offering during our National Sales Event, buyers will get the most house for their money," Straub said. "If a home shopper is still hoping to capitalize on the buyer's market, now is the time."
Additionally, representatives from TBI Mortgage Co., a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, will be on hand in many communities to offer mortgage guidance.
TBI has a selection of mortgage programs, including fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages.
