Toll Brothers is holding its National Fall Sales Event today with the event to continue through Oct. 4. According to Gary Mayo, Nevada's group president, each participating Toll Brother community will offer its own incentives.
In addition, TBI Mortgage Co., a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, is offering a selection of mortgage programs with lower interest rates, including fixed and adjustable rate mortgages. Those interested can visit TollSalesEvent.com or TBIMortgage.com for more information.
"With the special savings and incentive packages being offered during the National Fall Sales Event, now is the perfect time to buy a new Toll Brothers home," Mayo said. "Interest rates are still at historic low rates, and we're able to offer really great mortgage programs through TBI Mortgage Co."
Toll Brothers was voted No. 1 among home builders in quality of products and services, quality of management, financial soundness, long-term investment and use of corporate assets in Fortune magazine's World's Most Admired Companies 2009.
"People have faith in Toll Brothers because of our remarkable history and our impeccable reputation. It's the reason we've enjoyed continued appeal even during challenging times," Mayo said.
"Anyone considering a luxury home purchase should make this event a priority. We're already seeing signs of economic growth in this country, so it might not be long before this buyer's market ends."
The builder offers a range of home designs, including townhomes, and a variety of community types and locations. Townhomes are available in Fairway Hills in the Ridges in Summerlin and Toll Brothers at Inspirada in Henderson.
Toll Brothers homes are located in a number of neighborhoods. The promotion is being offered in Traccia and Fairway Hills in The Ridges in Summerlin; Hidden Canyon Estates and Mirasol at Mountain's Edge in Las Vegas; and Toll Brothers at Inspirada and Vita Bella at Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson.
