Toll Brothers’ offerings include Summerlin’s Traccia

Located in Summerlin with a clubhouse at its hub, Traccia by Toll Brothers offers a variety of home collections including the Huntington, Newport and Balboa, which ranges from 1,660 to 3,151 square feet. Prices start from the low $300,000s.

The Huntington Collection features two two-story floor plans, all with master suites. Walk-in closets and two-car garages are also included in these homes. Floor plans range from 1,660 to 1,830 square feet.

A circular foyer provides the entrance to the two-bedroom, 21/2-bath Amador plan. Upstairs there's room for entertaining in the oversized loft. The Belle Monte plan's covered entry flows into the living room.

The kitchen has ample counter space, plus a center island. Some homes feature mountain, Red Rock or community views from second-floor lofts.
