Toll Brothers offers homes with prices starting from the low $200,000s.

In the northwestern area, Toll Brothers is building Franklin Park and Madison Grove at Providence, a master-planned community. Franklin Park offers carriage and single-family homes priced from the low $400,000s. Model homes are also available for purchase.

Madison Grove's single-family homes measure up to 3,300 square feet and are priced from the mid-$500,000s.

Hidden Canyon Estates is a gated northwestern Las Vegas community of one-story, single-family homes on estate-size lots that measure up to one-third acre. Prices start from the mid-$600,000s.

For home buyers in southwestern Las Vegas, Mirasol at Mountain's Edge offers a selection of residences and recreational opportunities in a gated community.

Single-family homes with up to 3,400 square feet are priced from the high $300,000s. A few homes that measure up to 4,200 square feet are available. Prices start from the high $500,000s.
