Traccia by Toll Brothers in Summerlin Centre is selling 10 floor plans from the home collections Balboa, Huntington and Newport.

Balboa features four floor plans that range from 2,494 to 3,151 square feet and are priced from the low $600,000s; Huntington features three floor plans that range from 1,660 to 1,830 square feet with prices starting in the low $400,000s; and Newport features three floor plans that range from 1,830 to 1,950 square feet, priced in the upper $400,000s.
