Toll Brothers is marketing homes at Hidden Canyon Estates, a single-story neighborhood in the northwestern valley featuring estate-size home sites.

Prices start from the mid-$500,000s.

Homes within this gated, northwest Las Vegas subdiviion range from 3,473 to 3,895 square feet situated on home sites up to one-third acre.

All three Hidden Canyon Estates floor plans have been modeled -- the Whitney, Rushmore and Shasta. Each four-bedroom plan includes master suites and three-car garages.

The Whitney features a porte cochere and motor court. An open courtyard leads to the foyer. Also included are a rotunda and formal dining room.

The backyard contains a covered barbecue pit and a trellis-covered swimming pool is connected to a spa by a brook.

The Rushmore model's foyer leads to a den and great room. The island kitchen contains appliances, and a butler's pantry provides a staging area to the dining room.

Outside, the home features an in-pool basketball court, plus rock slide. A staircase leads from the pool to an elevated spa.

The Shasta model contains two courtyards, plus a backyard spa and waterfall. An entry foyer overlooks an optional second courtyard featuring a swimming pool and a fireplace.

Also included are a family room and island kitchen.

A rotunda foyer leads into the Shasta's master suite. The master bedroom features a sitting area, plus a master bath.

Homes are one story and feature mountain views.
