Trailwood approaches closeout

Only a few opportunities remain at Trailwood, a Richmond American community in northwestern Las Vegas known for its large lot sizes, according to sales associate Monique Tatum.

"All of our homes are situated on spacious lots that offer plenty of backyard space for outdoor entertaining," Tatum said.

"We have two models available for purchase, the Chenille and the Tapestry. Priced from the $280,000s, the Matelasse offers three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,700 square feet. The second level includes a laundry room, two bedrooms and bath. The main level features a formal living room with volume ceilings, dining room, family room, kitchen and nook.
