Turnberry to lease units

Turnberry Towers, a high-rise development in Las Vegas, is offering a select number of units for lease. As with all residents at Turnberry Towers, tenants will have access to amenities throughout the property.

"Never before has Turnberry Towers offered its homes for lease," said Scott Singler, director of marketing.

"Both six-month and one-year terms are available starting at just $1,300 a month. This is comparable to what you would spend at most apartment complexes throughout the Valley, without access to true luxury amenities and homes that overlook the most exciting city in the country."

One-, two- and three bedroom homes are available for lease at Turnberry Towers. All residences include private balconies and some offer views of the Las Vegas Strip, surrounding city, mountains or golf courses. Residents receive full homeowners association access with private, climate-controlled storage units, cable television, water, sewer and trash services all included in their monthly lease.

Turnberry Towers is located on 10 acres overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and the Spring Mountain ranges.

Residents have access to valet service, concierge, a business center and 24-hour security services. Free Wi-Fi is provided in each tower's main lobby, social room and pool areas. Residents also have access to private tennis courts, two resort-style pools with year-round heated spas, barbecue grills, two putting greens, fenced dog parks, state-of-the-art fitness center and climate controlled individual storage rooms.

"All of these fantastic amenities are available to tenants at Turnberry Towers for no additional charge," Singler said.

"Purchasing these services independently or at a single-family home would cost more than $1,000 a month, so there are significant financial benefits to both leasing and owning a home in Turnberry Towers."

Residences are available for purchase at Turnberry Towers. Plans range from 814 to 1,658 square feet. The homes are offered with up to three bedrooms and up to 2½ baths. While every home at Turnberry Towers has at least one balcony, several offer multiple balconies with different views.

Pricing starts in the $200,000s and some residences have been discounted by up to 50 percent from their original 2008 price.

The sales office at Turnberry Towers is open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The office is located at 222 Karen Ave. From the Las Vegas Strip, take Las Vegas Boulevard heading north towards Sahara Avenue. Then head east on Sahara and south on Paradise Road. Turnberry Towers is located on the east (left) side of the street. Head east (left) on Karen Avenue and enter the Turnberry Towers gate on the left. The guard at the gate house will provide you directions to the sales office located in the West Tower.
