Tuscan Cliffs innovates with New Millenium
Pacific Southwest Development's New Millennium Custom Homes, "include every opportunity to create a unique luxury home without the usual headaches associated with custom home building," said Rob Evon, sales manager.
The builder's New Millennium Custom Home concept includes more than 50 architectural configurations and elevations that have already received the necessary approvals for construction, according to Evon.
"Our Villa de Giovanni model alone has 20 different floor plan configurations ranging in size from 4,328 to more than 6,000 square feet," he said. "All of that can be customized before we even look at the 5,000 options for fixtures and finishings through our Design Studio."
Each homeowner at Tuscan Cliffs has a personal team to help design his or her floor plan configurations, courtyard features, pools and spas, and interior appointments.
"Each home is designed to suit its residents, so some have media rooms, hobby rooms, elevators and wine cellars," Evon said.
"Others have one- or two-story casitas, sun decks and outdoor entertainment areas. Each area of the home is considered for its aesthetic and functional value," he said.
Time is of the essence for many new home buyers, Evon said. Tuscan Cliffs homes are designed, built and delivered to residents in an average of 10 to 12 months depending on options selected.
"Instead of working for years with multiple companies, our residents have three design meetings with their personal design specialists who assist them with all of their selections, and their part of the process is complete. We manage the rest and let them enjoy their uniquely designed home," he said.
All home sites measure at least one-quarter acre.
Premium lots, including some with views of the valley and others that are oversized, are available.
Standard amenities include stone paver driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures.
Pacific Southwest has added stainless-steel Viking appliances, wrought iron stair railings, and granite counters and vanities as standard features throughout.
All homes include outdoor kitchens and disappearing glass doors, which allow residents to link internal and external areas.
Home theatre systems, elevators, wine cellars and grottos, custom ceiling treatments, swimming pools, outdoor fireplaces and water features are among the variety of customizeable options.
In addition, each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home, saving owners on their heating and cooling expenses while providing quieter, more environmentally friendly homes.
Base prices start in the low $1 millions.
Residents receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. The club includes a social calendar, spa, resort-style swimming pool and other facilities.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
