Tuscan Cliffs offers courtyards

The semi-custom homes at Tuscan Cliffs in Southern Highlands offer a gated entrance and front and interior courtyards.

"Each home designed in Tuscan Cliffs reflects the personality and style of its owners," said Tuscan Cliffs sales associate Rob Evon. "Our use of courtyards builds in an added level of seclusion for those who value privacy in their homes. They are also very versatile and can be used in many ways."

All four of Tuscan Cliffs' model homes showcase front courtyards and covered rear patios. The Villa de Franchesca and Villa de Gabriella models also feature interior courtyards with access from multiple rooms in the home.

Fire pits and fireplaces are used in the homes' interior courtyards, backyards, cabanas and patios.

Tuscan Cliffs also uses water features to enhance the natural beauty and indoor/outdoor living philosophy in its homes, Evon said.

The Villa de Giovanni's front courtyard showcases sheer descent waterfalls on either side of an outdoor fireplace. The front courtyard of the Villa de Gabriella uses a sheer descent water element.

"Complementing the water and fire features in each home at Tuscan Cliffs are the pool and the outdoor kitchen," Evon said. "Every home at Tuscan Cliffs is offered with an outdoor kitchen and backyard large enough for a pool and spa. We have found these elements to be among the most in-demand for creating a truly inviting outdoor environment."

Each outdoor kitchen at Tuscan Cliffs includes a grill, refrigerator and granite countertops.

The homes range from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet. Each floor plan offers a master suite with a separate retreat, rear patio, central courtyard and common areas.

All of Tuscan Cliffs' home sites measure at least one-quarter acre, Evon said.

Standard amenities include paverstone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless-steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures. Pacific Southwest also added Viking appliances, wrought iron stair railings, granite counters and vanities.

Homes include outdoor kitchens and disappearing glass doors, which allow residents to link internal and external areas seamlessly, Evon said. In addition, each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home.

Base prices at Tuscan Cliffs start at more than $1 million.

Residents will receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval, Evon said. The club includes a social calendar, spa and resort-style swimming pool.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.

The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m. For more information, call 228-8559 or visit pacificsouthwest.com.

Pacific Southwest Development has been building homes in the valley for nearly 20 years.
