Tuscan Cliffs provides for outdoor living
This long holiday weekend, residents at Tuscan Cliffs are enjoying their opportunities to create relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces in their homes.
"We believe in the philosophy of indoor/outdoor living at Tuscan Cliffs," Michael Goeth, sales associate at the community, said. "The outdoors can be enjoyed all year round here with water and fire features that complement the spaces."
All four of Tuscan Cliffs' model homes showcase front courtyards and covered rear patios. The Villa de Franchesca and Villa de Gabriella models also feature interior courtyards with access from multiple rooms in the homes. "Each home designed in Tuscan Cliffs reflects the personality and style of its owners," Goeth said. "The courtyards enhance the level of seclusion for those who value privacy in their homes. They are also very versatile and can be used in both private and social settings."
Among the most popular visual elements of Tuscan Cliffs' courtyards are fire features. Fire is used in the homes' interior courtyards, backyards, cabanas and patios as fireplaces and fire pits.
"This unique natural element brings an aesthetic and useful facet to each residence," Goeth said. "What better way to spend a summer evening than relaxing in front of a crackling fire in the comfort of your home?"
Tuscan Cliffs also uses water features to enhance the natural beauty and indoor/outdoor living philosophy in its homes. This evokes a feeling of tranquility and is often paired with fire to create a visually appealing contrast. The Villa de Giovanni's front courtyard showcases sheer descent waterfalls on either side of an outdoor fireplace. The front courtyard of the Villa de Gabriella uses a sheer descent water element.
"The courtyards and rear patios at Tuscan Cliffs are all easily accessible from multiple rooms in the homes," Goeth said.
"We continue the indoor/outdoor living style with 'disappearing glass doors' that are both beautiful and functional." These doors, when closed, appear as walls with large glass windows. When opened, they 'disappear' into openings in the walls. "The outdoor spaces become a more cohesive part of the home, like another living room but with a better view."
According to Goeth, many residents at Tuscan Cliffs choose disappearing glass doors because they create energy and movement among guests when they entertain. "It appears that part of the room is inside and part of it is outside. It definitely encourages people to move through the spaces, which all have different characteristics even though they flow well together."
An outdoor kitchen is offered as a standard feature at Tuscan Cliffs and includes a grill, refrigerator and granite countertops.
"Residents can sit near the pool or fireplace and enjoy a cold beverage while a steak sizzles on the grill," Goeth said. "Relaxation at its finest is available here in Tuscan Cliffs."
