Tuscan Cliffs showcases features on new site

Pacific Southwest Development has added several new features to its single-family properties pages at pacificsouthwest.com to illustrate the lifestyle of Tuscan Cliffs, an enclave offering customizable homes within Southern Highlands.

According to David Kellen, development coordinator for the Las Vegas-based home builder, the site includes room-by-room virtual tours, photos, stats, a list of potential design options and details on some of the neighborhood amenities, such as the surrounding Southern Highlands community and its members-only spa.

"Realizing how important the Internet has become as a source of information for prospective home buyers, we have upgraded our Web site to provide not only facts and figures, but a plethora of images and photos to give browsers a sense of what the Tuscan Cliffs lifestyle is about," Kellen said.

"For buyers with limited time or those who may be located out of state, we hope to offer an effective snapshot of the neighborhood and its accompanying lifestyle."

Also on the site is information for current homeowners, including a primer and link to the neighborhood's Quick Pass guest-access system as well as a page devoted to customer care.

Elsewhere on the site, visitors can find information on available homes and other Pacific Southwest projects, such as luxury apartments and shopping centers.

The Tuscan Cliffs neighborhood features homes with an emphasis on indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. It is situated in a country club setting within the southwestern part of the Las Vegas Valley.

Residents may receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. The club includes a social calendar, spa, resort-style swimming pool and other facilities.

Four floor plans are available in more than 50 design configurations, ranging from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Various design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet.

A total of 155 luxury estate homes are planned, each on a home site measuring at least one-quarter acre. A select number of elevated lots were recently released.

Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home with base prices ranging from $1 million to $1.2 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Monday, when it opens at 1 p.m.
