Tuscan Cliffs touts grand entrance
October 14, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Framed by wrought-iron gates, the entrance to Tuscan Cliffs in Southern Highlands features two covered porte cocheres connected by a Tuscan-inspired tower. Inside the tower, staff members are on duty day and night, seven days a week, ensuring the safety and security of residents and guests.
Natural stone and earthy colors highlight the Tuscan-themed design elements used in creating the community's gateway.
"The entrance to Tuscan Cliffs marks the beginning of each guest's experience here," said Rob Evon, sales associate for Tuscan Cliffs. "We are not only interested in providing a luxurious home for residents, but a one-of-a-kind experience they get from the moment they arrive."
According to Evon, the development's state-of-the-art technology makes it easy for residents and their guests to enter the community, while maintaining the privacy they expect.
"Residents can update their guest list online without having to call the guards or fill out paperwork. And when their visitors arrive, we are able to verify their identity quickly and even print out directions to the home they are visiting," he said.
With a technologically advanced vehicle identification system, the Tuscan Cliffs security team can track all vehicles in the community at any given time, giving residents peace of mind that their privacy is protected, Evon said. "It is of utmost importance to the entire staff at Tuscan Cliffs to make each guest feel welcome, but also secure," he said.
Tuscan Cliffs features four model homes that offer more than 50 distinct configurations ranging from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet in their base configurations. Homes may measure as large as 6,000 square feet with options. Each offers a rear patio, central courtyard and common areas.
Home sites measure at least one-quarter acre. Premium lots, including some with views of the Las Vegas Valley, are available.
Standard amenities include paver stone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless-steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures.
Each Tuscan Cliffs residence qualifies as an Energy Star home, saving owners on their heating and cooling expenses while providing quieter, more environmentally friendly homes, according to company officials.
Base prices in the community start at just over $1 millions.
