Tuscan Cliffs touts indoors, outdoors
Southern Nevada's autumn weather is bringing out the fire in Tuscan Cliffs. The community of semi-custom homes in Southern Highlands is ready for the onset of winter, showcasing fire features at all four of its model homes, according to the builder.
"We believe in the philosophy of indoor/outdoor living at Tuscan Cliffs," sales agent Michael Goeth said. "Winter is one of the best times of year for this in Las Vegas, because fire brings the perfect amount of warmth to spend time outside entertaining or just enjoying the day."
Tuscan Cliffs' models show features such as fireplaces and fire pits in their interior courtyards, backyards, cabanas and patios, Goeth said.
Tuscan Cliffs also uses water features to enhance its indoor/outdoor designs. These amenities evoke a feeling of tranquility and are often paired with fire features in courtyards to create a visually appealing dynamic, Goeth said.
"They complement the traditional water and fire features in a home -- the pool and the outdoor kitchen," Goeth said. "Every home at Tuscan Cliffs is offered with an outdoor kitchen and backyard large enough for a pool and spa."
Standard outdoor kitchens include a grill, refrigerator and granite countertops.
"And depending on the home, they may include a sink, cabinets, condiment station and kegerator," Goeth said.
More than 50 distinct configurations are available among the four model homes.
Each offers an extensive rear patio, central courtyard and common areas designed for families who like to entertain, inside and out.
They range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet in their base configurations and may measure as large as 6,000 square feet with options.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
