Tuscany Residential Village Zanetti collection features five single-story floor plans

Tuscany Residential Village, the master-planned community in Henderson, is designed to reflect the Italian countryside.

Starting at $169,990, Zanetti's plans range from 1,264 to 1,781 square feet.

According to Manayan, in addition to Zanetti's incentives for upgrades, each new homebuyer at the collection will receive 3 percent of the home's price to be used towards closing costs.
