Tuscany Ridge targets families

Lennar presents two neighborhoods, Escalante and Tuscany Ridge, within Mountain's Edge, a southwestern master-planned community.

These Energy Star-certified homes come with amenities like a stainless-steel appliance package with an upgraded refrigerator and icemaker, granite countertops, 2-inch faux wood blinds and a washer and dryer. These are included in the cost of the home. Prices start in the $200,000s.

Escalante, at Mountain's Edge Parkway and Buffalo Drive, offers two-story homes measuring from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet. The designs include living areas, storage space, master suites and an upstairs bonus room in the largest plan. Master suites feature a walk-in closet, garden tub, cultured marble vanity and designer faucets. Extras include a covered porch leading to the home's front door and ceramic-tile entry flooring.

Tuscany Ridge presents four residences in single- and two-story designs. Designs include decorator high-wall windows, partial-wall cut-outs, three-dimensional fireplaces, staircases with edges and angles and decorative ledges and shelves. Homes range from 1,749 to more than 2,700 square feet. Prices start in the $200,000s.

The Welcome Home Center is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it closes at 3 p.m.
