TV: E! showcases “Vegas Winners & Losers”

  After tackling such recent hot-button issues as cheerleading, prom nightmares and overall dating nightmares, E!’s series of “THS Investigates” specials, an offshoot of the cable channel’s “True Hollywood Stories,” looks at “Vegas Winners & Losers” (8 p.m. Friday).
  The two-hour special includes features on poker’s heartbreak kid, Stu Ungar; legendary high-roller Archie Karas, who had one of the city’s most famous winning streaks; a lesser-known MIT blackjack team; and Ashley Revell, who in 2004 sold everything he owned and bet the proceeds, $135,300, on one spin of the roulette wheel at the Plaza.
