TV: Sing along with Sir Tom

It's not unusual to pay close to a hundred bucks to catch Tom Jones on the Strip. But if you're willing to volunteer Sunday for a worthy cause, you can see the showroom legend for free — during a taping for the British version of "Comic Relief."
Starting at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Planet Hollywood, Jones is scheduled to to tape a karaoke-themed spot at the mezzanine-level Living Room lounge with "American Idol" producer Nigel Lythgoe. (Plans call for the spot to also feature performers playing additional "American Idol"-style judges.)
That leaves room for about a hundred volunteer audience members, so if you're interested in being one, call Casting Entertainment's Latrell Manuel at (702) 824-3529. Or come by Sunday and catch Sir Tom in action.
