Urban, modern living blend at X-it complex

Townhome-style condominium development, X-it, built by Rhodes Homes, has distinguished its presence in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley with its singular design, according to John Means, sales manager for the builder.

The gated development features 30 buildings of 178 three-story residences.

The project's three plans include a loft-styled unit.

"The plans at X-it bring the best of urban city, loft-living, with an ambiance that brought together everything that's desirable about a single family home," Means said.

Plan 1690, also known as Plan B, offers three levels with the first comprised of entry area, den or home office and two-car garage.

High ceilings, expanded windows and a great-room layout encompassing the kitchen, terrace and living and dining room area are included at the second-level. The third level includes the plan's dual master suites with walk-in closets and private baths.

Residences come with attached, two-car garage, courtyard and second-level terrace.

The 1,663-square-foot Plan A includes one bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, hobby room, great room and loft. A second bedroom is an option.

Plan C offers 1,759 square feet with two bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, great room and bonus room areas. The residences meet or exceeds Energy Star ratings, according to the builder, with the use of blown-in cellulose insulation, low-e windows, programmable thermostats and 40-gallon gas water heaters.

Prices begin in the high $200,000s.

The sales office is located in the recreation center. There are incentives and options available, according to Means.

To reach X-it from the south, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, west to Tropicana Avenue. Head east on Tropicana to the northeast corner of Tropicana and the Beltway. Visitors from the north can take the Beltway east and exit at Tropicana Avenue, heading east. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
