V at Lake Las Vegas condos near closeout

A collection of the area's Realtors and brokers along with their clients attended a May 24 event at the V at Lake Las Vegas luxury resort condominium development where final-closeout and limited-time pricing incentives were announced.

"It's very much a buyer's market right now and we've been aggressive with the local broker community in getting the word out that there are some really great buying opportunities at first-class properties like V at Lake Las Vegas," said Nicole Milner, sales manager for Centex Destination Properties.

"After showcasing the property to brokers at our recent event, sales have been brisk.

"We're now encouraging all potential buyers to act quickly and take advantage of some amazing pricing incentives on the remaining ready-to-move-in inventory before the residences sell out."

An upscale residential enclave inspired by the mountainside villages of Tuscany, V at Lake Las Vegas is built on the highest point at Lake Las Vegas Resort.

The property features two- and three-bedroom condominium residences, ranging from 1,297 to 1,655 square feet.

The layout of the residences has been designed to enhance the lake, golf course, village and mountain views from the community.

Each condominium residence has either a covered veranda or patio.

V at Lake Las Vegas features resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse featuring a fitness center, pool, spa grotto, outdoor dining with barbecue center, outdoor living room with fireplace, entertainment terraces, wet sunning with built-in chaises, over-water cabanas and a spa with water effects.

The property has a network of trails.

Featuring a 320-acre lake with 10 miles of shoreline and the amenities of MonteLago Village, the Lake Las Vegas Resort area also offers championship golf courses.
