Verge offers two-story loft homes

Offering 30,000 square feet of retail space in tandem with loft residences, the nine-story downtown development Verge is now taking reservations with a $2,000 deposit up until May 31.

Prices begin at $149,000, and the two-story loft residences start at $549,900.

The development will feature studio and two-story loft designs with amenities to include stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, customized closets, wood flooring and secure parking.

"The design for Verge is patent pending which allows us to offer an incredible lifestyle to our buyers at an exceptional value," said Lance Bazil, sales director for Verge. "We are not in the business of selling upgrades. Buyers at Verge will be able to meet with an interior designer and select from a wide arrange of finishes already included to customize/personalize their homes."

Highlighted by 23-foot ceilings, the development's two-story lofts offer views of downtown Las Vegas and the surrounding mountains. Balconies are included within select floor plans.
