Villa Trieste enters presales phase
Villa Trieste by Pulte Homes is now pre-selling its first three-story home designs in Summerlin Centre, the developing urban core of the Summerlin master-planned community.
Priced from the high $400,000s, Villa Trieste features three floor plans ranging from 2,404 to 2,838 square feet.
The new neighborhood is located west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, between Charleston Boulevard and Sahara Avenue. According to Don Boettcher, vice president of land acquisition and planning for Pulte Homes, Las Vegas Area, the location of Villa Trieste is one of its key selling points.
"Villa Trieste is located in the center of Summerlin's future 'downtown' urban core area," he said. "There isn't a more hip or sophisticated location for our new, innovative three-story homes and we're pleased to introduce them to the market in Summerlin."
Summerlin Centre is a 1,300-acre mixed-use village that is currently home to dozens of residential neighborhoods, parks, retail centers, restaurants, schools, office parks and the $1 billion Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa. Future plans for the village include a 1.5 million-square-foot regional retail center, more than 250,000 square feet of office space and a central plaza that will host public and civic events.
Villa Trieste is one of several neighborhoods currently selling in Summerlin Centre. Others include C2 Lofts by Christopher Homes; Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park by Woodside Homes; Montage and Travata at West Park by Ryland Homes; West Park Courtyards and Villas by William Lyon Homes; and Traccia by Toll Brothers, which features the Balboa, Huntington and Newport Collections. Combined, the neighborhoods offer nearly 50 floor plans that range from 1,430 to 3,175 square feet and are priced starting from the high $200,000s to more than $1 million.
"Summerlin Centre is currently Summerlin's most active village in terms of development and will be for years to come," said Peggy Chandler, senior vice president of community development for The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties and developer of Summerlin.
Summerlin comprises 22,500 acres along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley and is currently home to more than 95,000 residents. About 7,500 acres of the community, including much of Summerlin Centre, has yet to be developed.
The community is already home to more than 100 neighborhood and village parks, more than 150 completed miles of the Summerlin Trail System, houses of worship, shopping centers, medical facilities, cultural facilities and business parks.
Homes are available in a variety of styles -- from single-family homes to townhomes, condominiums and lofts -- priced from the low $200,000s to more than $2 million. Custom home sites in The Ridges are priced from the $500,000s. Luxury apartment homes offer monthly rents starting from the low $1,000s.
