Villas at Solera passes halfway mark in sales

Del Webb has passed the halfway mark for sales at its age-qualified Villas at Solera townhome neighborhood, according to Christine Lewis, general sales manager.

Priced from the mid-$200,000s, The Villas at Solera is a gated neighborhood located within the Solera at Anthem community in Henderson. Buyers have a choice of patio home designs that measure 1,519 and 1,590 square feet.

"We just opened in March and are now well past selling half of the homes in this unique neighborhood," Lewis said.
