Walnut Grove, Coldwater Ranch offer homes in North Las Vegas

Lennar neighborhoods Walnut Grove and Coldwater Ranch are located at The Villages in Sierra Ranch, a new master-planned community in North Las Vegas. The 90-acre community features four parks with soccer fields, sand volleyball courts, gazebos, tot lots and walking trails with exercise stations.
