Warmington offers residences at Brighton Village in southeast

Warmington Homes Nevada celebrates 10 years of building homes in the Las Vegas Valley.

One recent home buyer at the company's Brighton Village neighborhood said that Warmington's excellent customer service and professionalism greatly influenced her buying decision.

"What kept bringing me back to Brighton Village during my home search was the outstanding customer service and exceptional assistance I received from the entire sales team," said Claire Nagel, who purchased a Plan One at Brighton Village in South Las Vegas.

"Not only were the homes themselves of high quality and a tremendous value, but what really impressed me was how wonderfully I was treated every time I came to visit."

Brighton Village is a collection of two-story detached homes that range from about 1,194 to 1,432 square feet.

Prices begin in the low $200,000s. The neighborhood offers four two-story floor plans with two and three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and single-car garages and a variety of traditional architectural styles.

All four designs include living and dining rooms, kitchens, walk-in closets, interior laundry areas with optional overhead storage cabinets, and one or more master bedroom suites, per plan.

Also included in the purchase price are mini-blinds on most windows and vertical blinds on sliding-glass doors, Whirlpool full-size washers and gas dryers, a 25-cubic-foot Whirlpool refrigerators, oak cabinetry with adjustable shelves and high-quality Whirlpool appliance packages that include a multi-cycle dishwasher and range with sealed burners.

Exteriors include shutters, front-porch entries, landscaped front yards and private rear yards.

Nagel, a hotel manager for the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, said the customer service continued after she moved in.

"I moved into my home just over a month ago and the staff has continued to be very helpful and attentive to my needs," Nagel said. "The quality and customer service doesn't just go away once you move into Brighton Village -- I can tell this is a company that truly cares about its homeowners."

The neighborhood features a community pool, cabana and children's playground. There is a community association managing the upkeep of neighborhood facilities and common area landscaping.

The homes are Energy Star-certified and provide residents with on-going cost-savings, according to the home builder.

To tour the community's model homes from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit Windmill Road and go west to Maryland Parkway. Turn left (south) on Maryland and drive for three miles. The sales office is on the left.

Sales representatives are on-site noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Tuesday.

Home shoppers can preview the entire collection of Brighton Village homes by logging onto WarmingtonHomesNV.com.

This web site displays all four floor plans, photography of the interior and exterior design of the homes and the list of included features.

Warmington officials said the company's preferred mortgage broker, Bayport Mortgage Co., is offering closing costs allowance as well as competitive rates and fees and access to a wide variety of loan programs. More information is available at bayportmortgage.com.
