Warmington’s Mandolin offers upgraded homes

Mandolin at Mountain's Edge by Warmington Homes Nevada is a neighborhood of two-story single-family homes, showcasing traditional architectural themes accented with shutters and front-porch entries.

According to the builder, the neighborhood is offering upgraded new homes in the southwestern Las Vegas master-planned community. Upgrades and amenities include landscaped front yards, mini-blinds on most windows and vertical blinds on sliding glass doors, Whirlpool full-size washer and gas dryer and built-in Whirlpool refrigerator.

Additionally, each home features beech cabinetry with adjustable upper shelves and Whirlpool appliances including a multi-cycle Energy Star-rated dishwasher, oven and slide-in range with sealed burners.

"These desirable and vastly upgraded homes provide a unique purchase opportunity and should motivate prospective buyers to buy now while the selection and early phase prices are available," said Amy Thill, vice president of sales and marketing.

Ranging from 1,277 to 1,657 square feet, the homes include three to four bedrooms, living and dining rooms, walk-in closets, interior laundry areas with optional overhead storage cabinets, 2 1/2 baths and covered patios, per plan.

Prices begin from the low $240,000s.

The homes are EnergyStar and Comfortwise-certified. The neighborhood offers a private gated entry and community pool.

To reach the Mandolin sales office from Blue Diamond Road travel south on Buffalo Drive to Cactus Avenue and turn left. The sales office and model homes are located on the right hand side.

Closing costs allowance and loan programs may be available when using the builder's preferred mortgage broker, Bayport Mortgage Company, according to Thill.
