What are your experiences receiving unemployment insurance help?
In December, Nevada’s unemployment rate climbed to 13 percent, one of the highest marks in the nation. The state’s unemployment benefits are processed through the Department of Employment, Training & Rehabilitation (DETR).

One prospect that looms ominously on the horizon: Unemployment benefit funds in Nevada are due to be exhausted this spring.
What are your experiences getting benefits?
And, if you work at DETR, what are your experiences in dealing with terribly stressed out people, many hundreds of which have searched in vain for a decent job?
