Which is it, Harry?

Reading the stories on Sen. Harry Reid's appearance on "Meet the Press" Sunday had me wondering the obvious question: Which is it, Harry?

According to reports, Sen. Reid said Congress is absolutely tied up in knots because of obstructionist Republicans.

Then he says that despite this iron-clad gridlock, Congress did lots and lots of good things making it one of the "most productive" in 75 years.

I know I'm not the only one to say this about Sen. Reid, but it bears repeating: What?
