White Horse South features estate-style living

White Horse South by Lennar offers home sites measuring from one-third to one-half acre, and residences that range from 3,911 to more than 5,000 square feet.

Most of the lots offer side yards that easily accommodate RV and boat parking. Prices start from the $500,000s.

The gated neighborhood is located at Torrey Pines Drive just north of Elkhorn Road in the northwestern valley.

The five two-story homes feature up to five bedrooms, five baths and three-car garages. Standard amenities include upgraded stainless-steel appliances including refrigerator, 42-inch cabinetry with crown molding and granite-slab kitchen countertops.

The homes' exteriors are adorned with paver stones featured at all driveways and front walkways and stone facing accents on many of the elevations.

Home designs include the 3,911-square-foot Bel Air with the majority of that square footage on the main floor. Verandas accent the 4,498-square-foot Thousand Oaks. The Pinehurst measures 4,459 square feet. The Turtle Bay is 5,000 square feet, and the Pebble Beach features 5,037 square feet.
