William Lyon Homes offers incentives at The Fields

William Lyon Homes is offering financial incentives for its homes in The Fields, a two-story neighborhood located within Aliante, a master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

Sales associate Tammy Temple said the builder will provides buyers a $20,000 incentive with the purchase of select homes through its current Any Way You Want It promotion.

"The incentive can be used in quite a number of ways and for what (the buyer may) personally want and need. It can be used for upgrades, loan fees, rate buy-downs, price reduction and in any combination," she said.

In its first phase of development, the 60-home neighborhood features homes measuring from 2,210 to 2,723 square feet with prices starting at $207,000. The floor plans offer as many as five bedrooms, 2½ or three baths and two-car garages.

"One of the things that make The Fields unique is its location within the Aliante master-planned community and some of our home sites," Temple said. "We offer a convenient location to a trail system that leads to Aliante's community parks, including the large Nature Discovery Park," Temple said.

A public golf course as well as dining and entertainment establishments are nearby.

"It's a very family-friendly community and it is quite surprising how many people I see walking not just within our neighborhood but the community as a whole," she said. "The Fields neighborhood is adjacent to a play area for children, a picnic area and barbecue within the arroyo or walking trail. In fact, some of the homes in our first phase are located right along the arroyo so there's a walking trail (not another home) behind your house.

"For families who want to buy a brand-new home in the Aliante community in general, we have one of the best price points here. We offer nice-sized homes with an open kitchen-family room design and all of the appealing features that today's families look for in a home, like granite countertops, large secondary bedrooms, den options and pool-size home sites," Temple said.

"I believe that The Fields offers buyers a lot for their money and the incentives offered in the Any Way You Want It just adds to it."

The 2,210-square-foot Plan One features four bedrooms, a den, optional loft and 2 ½ baths.

Plan Two offers five bedrooms with a first-floor master suite, 2¾ baths and optional loft in 2,513 square feet.

Plan Three is the largest with five bedrooms, three baths and an optional den or loft in 2,723 square feet.

To visit The Fields, take the northern Las Vegas Beltway to Aliante Parkway and head north. Turn left on Elkhorn Road and the neighborhood is on the left. The models are open from 10 a.m. to
5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

Incentives through the Any Way You Want It promotion are also being offered for a limited time on select home purchases at The Crossings and The Commons neighborhoods in the northwestern valley.

The Crossings features three single-story models measuring from 2,652 to 3,068 square feet on up to half-acre home sites. Priced from the $260,000s, they offer as many as four bedrooms, as many as 3½ baths, paver-stone driveways, and three-car garages. To visit the gated neighborhood, take the northern Las Vegas Beltway to Jones Boulevard and head north. Travel past Horse Drive and follow the signs.

Priced from $217,000, The Commons offers three two-story floor plans that range from 2,254 to 2,727 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths, and three-car garages. Pool-size home sites are available. To visit The Commons, take the northern Las Vegas Beltway to Decatur Boulevard, head north toward Grand Teton Drive and follow the signs.
