William Lyon selling townhomes in Summerlin neighborhoods
William Lyon Homes is selling eight townhome floor plans in two neighborhoods, West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards, in the master-planned community of Summerlin.
West Park Villas features four two- and three-story home floor plans that range from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s. Floor plans offer up to four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, walk-in closets in the master bedroom and open living/dining room areas. Select floor plans feature optional study/loft areas.
West Park Courtyards, named for its private courtyard areas, features four two-story home floor plans that range from 1,706 to 2,452 and are priced from the low $200,000s.
Floor plans offer three bedrooms with up to three baths, granite kitchen countertops, walk-in closets and flexible room options including a fourth bedroom, dens, lofts, retreats or an exercise room.
The neighborhoods share a centrally located park with a tot lot and swimming pool.
Nearby amenities include Red Rock Casino Resort Spa, several retail and dining options, dozens of parks, trails and other outdoor recreational amenities, schools and office centers.
