Within Tuscan Cliffs ‘high-rise’ means new luxury elevator option

The semi-custom homes at Tuscan Cliffs are offering a new elevator option within its Villa de Rafael, Villa de Gabriella and Villa de Franchesca floor plans.

Previously available only in multi-million dollar residences, the elevators have become the new must-have item at Tuscan Cliffs, according to Rob Evon, community sales manager.

"Tuscan Cliffs is one of the few, possibly only, semi-custom home collections that offer elevators as an option," Evon said. "The versatility adds a great deal to the value of a home."

Evon said the option opens up a two-story design to those who may not be able to climb stairs and affords guests in a second-floor suite or casita full access to the home.

A one- or two-story casita is available with each floor plan. Ranging from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet, the homes offer more than 50 configurations within four base models.

All home sites measure at least one-quarter acre. Premium lots include views of the valley. With base prices, in the low $1 millions, residents receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval, Evon said. The club includes a social calendar, spa, resort-style swimming pool and other facilities.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when it opens at 1 p.m. For additional information, visit pacificsouthwest.com or call 228-8559.
