Woodside features lower prices

For 11 neighborhoods throughout Las Vegas, Woodside Homes is offering new collections at "prices so low, they're prehistoric," according to sales manager Mike Kearns.

Woodside has new homes in nearly every one of its neighborhoods starting at less than $99 per square foot. "Whether you want to live in Henderson, Summerlin, the northwest or the southwest, we have a home that is just right for your family," Kearns said.

"Most of Woodside Homes' communities offer multiple floor plans designed to fit the needs of today's homeowners. Whether you need a small place to relax in at the end of a busy day or a larger space to raise a family, we are here to bring you home.

Among the benefits of buying a new Woodside home over a resale are value, convenience and peace of mind, according to Kearns.

"With a new home, you don't have to wait months on an offer, only to find out you've been outbid. You know the cost up front and we approve our buyers within a few days. You'll never spend unnecessary time waiting to find out if you got the home or be forced to make multiple offers on homes you don't really want," Kearns said.

"We have put our best foot forward in Las Vegas with prices that are often even better than foreclosures in the area. With all the benefits of buying new instead of resale, the decision is easy at our communities."

Woodside Homes offers 10-year warranties on each residence. "With a foreclosure, you usually won't get all the information on the home and could be walking into some serious problems. With a new home, you know you are the first person living in it and the warranty will cover any potential problems," Kearns said.

Among Woodside Homes' collections is Pebble Creek in southwestern Las Vegas offering two- and three-story designs that range from 1,589 to 3,139 square feet with up to five bedrooms and 31/2 baths.

Woodside Homes sales offices and model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon to 6 p.m. Monday.
