Woodside Homes still building in Summerlin

Woodside Homes has been building in the master-planned community of Summerlin since the beginning of the master-planned community. In fact, Summerlin's very first residents, the Champlin family, moved into a Woodside home in March 1991.

"Selling the first home in Summerlin is both a distinction and a legacy for Woodside Homes," said Seth Ure, president of the Nevada division of Woodside Homes.

Woodside Homes has sold nearly 1,700 homes in 17 neighborhoods throughout the community.

The builder is actively selling two neighborhoods in the village of Summerlin Centre, Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park.

Cypress and Palmilla share a private park and pool area designed exclusively for neighborhood residents that compliments the existing amenities throughout the community.

Amenities within walking distance from these neighborhoods include parks, miles of walking trails, office and retail offerings, restaurants, educational facilities and the $1 billion dollar Red Rock Casino Resort Spa.
