Woodside offers Allerton Park

Among Summerlin's most popular and top-selling neighborhoods are Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park by Woodside Homes. And according to Seth Ure, president of Woodside Homes, now is a great time to buy in Allerton Park.

"We're offering generous incentives on several homes," he said.

"The incentives, coupled with the location, spacious floor plans, community amenities and standard features put Allerton Park in a league of its own when compared to other actively selling neighborhoods in Las Vegas."

Cypress at Allerton Park offers four single- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,524 to 3,175 square feet and are priced from $399,990 to $524,990.

Palmilla at Allerton Park also offers four single- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,922 to 3,124 square feet and are priced from $484,990 to $589,990.

Cypress and Palmilla share a private park and pool area and are located in a gated neighborhood in Summerlin Centre.

Dubbed the future "downtown" of Summerlin, Summerlin Centre is the evolving urban core of the community.

In addition to Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park, seven other neighborhoods built by five valley home builders are currently selling in Summerlin Centre.

Combined, the neighborhoods offer nearly 50 floor plans that range from 1,524 to 3,175 square feet and are priced from the upper $200,000s to nearly $1 million. For a complete listing of actively selling neighborhoods in Summerlin, visit summerlin.com.
