Wyoming passes ‘cowboy ethics’ — what would Nevada’s be?

Well, pards, looks like our neighbors to the north are gettin' serious about the Code of the West. Legislators there just passed into law a state code of "cowboy ethics". It's not enforceable, mind you, but it's a guide for residents there.

According to the news story: "The state code admonishes residents and lawmakers to live courageously, take pride in their work, finish what they start, do what's necessary, be tough but fair, keep promises, ride for the brand, talk less and say more, remember that some things aren't for sale, and know where to draw the line."

Anyone want to take a stab on what the state code might be for Nevada? I'd like to believe it would start out with "live and let live", but the way the current legislature is going it's more likely to start out "reach for the sky, partner, this is a stick-up."
