According to police, Valiant was struck by a pickup truck early Wednesday morning while crossing a street in Ross Township, PA. Valiant was not using a crosswalk when he was hit. Ross Township Det. Brian Kohlhepp, to WPXI Valiant was part of The Valiant Brothers for years before retiring and becoming a manager for WWE stars like Hulk Hogan and The Destruction Crew. WWE and others tweeted condolences following the news of his death.

Police are investigating a Thursday morning crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in the east valley. The crash occurred around 5:30 a.m. and forced the closure of the intersection at Boulder Highway and Tropicana Avenue. Police said the intersection would be closed for “quite some time.”

A man in his 50s was stabbed in the head early Thursday morning in downtown Las Vegas. The suspect is his girlfriend’s father. The man said he and his girlfriend were walking near the Golden Nugget when the incident occurred, around 5 a.m. The man and his girlfriend contacted casino security and he was taken to a hospital with a laceration to his head. Police are not sure of a motive and are looking for the suspect, whose age is unknown.
