In December 2022, the Raiders held an NFL health and safety tour of Allegiant Stadium where Dr. Navdeep Singh explained many of the medical protocols the NFL and teams have in place when a player is severely injured, what type of technology, staff and medical personnel are in place at every NFL stadium on a gameday should something catastrophic occur.
