A 24-year-old man was shot and killed in the parking lot of an apartment complex Monday night. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. The man was taken to UMC where he died. A spokesman for the North Las Vegas Police Department said the shooting did not appear to be random. Police are looking for the shooter, who remains on the loose.
