Western High School was briefly evacuated Thursday morning after a gas leak was reported, the Clark County School District said.
A leak was reported at the school about 9:50 a.m. A utility crew and the Las Vegas Fire Department did a sweep of the building and did not find a leak.
Students returned to their classes by noon, said district spokeswoman Melinda Malone.
