Where: North valley: Research Center and Demonstration Orchard, 4600 Horse Road, North Las Vegas; south valley: Lifelong Learning Center’s Outdoor Education Center, 8050 Paradise Road, Las Vegas.

Info: The eight-session summer season class fee is $52. North valley meets Thursdays, June 11 to July 30. South valley meets Fridays, June 12 to July 31. Students must register to participate.
