Fox News host Bolling apologizes for sexist comment about female pilot
Fox News’ host Eric Bolling apologized Thursday for sexist remarks he made with another newscaster regarding a female pilot who led an anti-ISIS airstrike operation this week, according to the Huffington Post.
The derogatory dialogue began with Greg Gutfeld’s comment, “Problem is, after she bombed it, she couldn’t park it,” which was quickly followed by Bolling’s question, “Would that be considered boobs on the ground?”
The pilot in question, Major Mariam Al Mansouri, is the United Arab Emirates’ first female pilot and acted as team leader during the allied airstrikes in Syria, Time reports.
