Tickets for arson puppy raffle on sale through Tuesday

An adoption raffle for the 25 puppies rescued in a February arson began Sunday morning.

The Animal Foundation, which sold 27 tickets at $250 each, brought in $6,750 in the raffle’s first day.

Meghan Scheibe, marketing manager for the foundation, believes there will be more website traffic closer to Tuesday’s deadline.

The number of tickets purchased for each dog will be available on the web page 11 a.m. Monday.
