Henderson Engineers Inc. promoted Bob Colasuonno to associate. Colasuonno is a mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing building design.

Walker Engineering was named NAIOP Engineering Firm of the Year at the 17th annual NAIOP Spotlight Award ceremony. In addition, Treasea Wolf, vice president of the firm, was nominated for Developing Leader of the Year.

Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar named Robert Caravaggio executive chef and director of operations of the restaurant. With more than 27 years of experience, Caravaggio oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including menus, costs and inventory control.

Gordon Silver Ltd. announced that Richard L. Galin, of counsel in the firm’s Las Vegas office, has been elected vice chairman of the State Bar of Nevada Administrative Law Section.

Susan Fisher joined McDonald Carano Wilson LLP ’s government affairs group. Fisher, who recently served as executive vice president of government affairs and marketing for Valley Electric Association Inc., will help manage and coordinate state and local government advocacy for the group.

The Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation appointed attorney Albert Marquis, founding partner of Marquis Aurbach Coffing, to its board of directors. Marquis was honored with the Community Angel award during the 2013 Profiles of Coverage gala for his work with the 2013 Camp Cartwheel Summer Camp.

Cortney S. Warren, a Harvard-trained clinical psychologist, was named board member of Volunteers in Medicine of Southern Nevada.
