Man critical after stabbing in downtown Las Vegas

A man is in critical condition after being stabbed in downtown Las Vegas early Sunday morning.

According to Las Vegas police, a man was stabbed in the chest during an altercation about 3:30 a.m. near Fremont and Fourth streets. He was taken to University Medical Center.

A suspect was arrested by police.
