Arrest made in September stabbing death
A 45-year-old man was arrested last week by a fugitive task force in connection with the death of a 23-year-old man in September, Las Vegas police said Monday.
Police said on Friday the Criminal Apprehension Team, a joint local-federal task force, arrested James Epps for the stabbing death of William Fetting, who was identified by The Associated Press.
Police said Fetting was found injured the night of Sept. 17 on the 300 block of Orland Street, near Jones Boulevard and Washington Avenue, after he argued with and then fought with two men. He later died at University Medical Center.
Police said a second man initially sought for Fetting's death is no longer a suspect.
