Indigo at Hillside offers rooftop decks

Ryland Homes welcomed hundreds of home shoppers to the grand opening celebration of its Indigo at Hillside community. Set against the scenic Lone Mountain backdrop near Summerlin, this hillside community is the fourth to offer Ryland's signature rooftop decks.

"It was a busy weekend with many people coming to see these beautiful homes and check out the 360-degree views from our rooftop decks," said sales agent Bethann Frusco-Dumont. Indigo at Hillside offers homebuyers a choice of three contemporary floor plans ranging from 1,863 to 2,031 square feet with as many as four bedrooms.

The Twilight and Dawn plans, at 2,006 and 2,031 square feet, respectively, are shown as model homes and highlight Ryland's modern designs and flexible options.
