Indigo at Hillside offers rooftop decks

Ryland Homes welcomed hundreds of home shoppers to the grand opening celebration of its Indigo at Hillside community. Set against the scenic Lone Mountain backdrop near Summerlin, this hillside community is the fourth to offer Ryland's signature rooftop decks.

"It was a busy weekend with many people coming to see these beautiful homes and check out the 360-degree views from our rooftop decks," said sales agent Bethann Frusco-Dumont. "Indigo at Hillside offers a very unique lifestyle for new homebuyers. They are treated to an array of options, countless amenities for residents to enjoy and rooftop decks with spectacular panoramic views of the mountains and city."

Indigo at Hillside offers homebuyers a choice of three contemporary floor plans ranging from 1,863 to 2,031 square feet with as many as four bedrooms.

The Twilight and Dawn plans, at 2,006 and 2,031 square feet, respectively, are shown as model homes and highlight Ryland's modern designs and flexible options.

"As impressive as these homes are on the inside, it's what's on top that's so distinctive," Frusco-Dumont said. "Those who previously rented their homes are especially drawn to this new option and standard of living for about the same monthly payments."

Ryland Homes has started the rooftop evolution in Las Vegas with its signature rooftop decks. Ryland's rooftop decks provide an outdoor living experience and panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley, surrounding mountains and Las Vegas city lights.

Each home also offers of options (per plan) including dual master bedrooms, kitchen islands, Internet centers and wine cellars.

Overlooking the picturesque landscape of Las Vegas, residents can cool off and escape the sun in the sparkling community swimming pool.

Families can enjoy their own community park, playground, basketball court and private barbecue area, all within a minute's walk of their new home.

Commuters will appreciate the easy access to the Las Vegas Beltway and downtown Las Vegas, while Hillside's younger residents are close to nearby schools.

Scenic walking trails are also a short distance away from Indigo at Hillside.

"This is your opportunity to own a unique home both inside and outside," Frusco-Dumont said. "For the same payment as rent, why not own?"

Indigo at Hillside's model home interiors were designed by the local interior design and furniture shop Furniture Market.

Owner Liz Werner said one room to visit for design inspiration is the master bedroom of the Twilight model. In the bedroom, which features lots of "bling," Werner layered faux crocodile wall treatments with a pony hair bed.

"It is definitely something to see," Frusco-Dumont said.

Indigo at Hillside is up above the main elevation of Las Vegas near Cheyenne Avenue and the western Las Vegas Beltway.

"Whether you want to spend your time at home inside or outside, Indigo at Hillside has the perfect blend of both options," Frusco-Dumont said. "From playing basketball at the community court and swimming in the sparkling pool to relaxing with a glass of wine on your rooftop deck, outdoor living is at its finest with dozens of options for indoor personalization."
