Bullhead City couple die in apparent murder-suicide

A Bullhead City couple died early Sunday as a murder-suicide, authorities said. The victims are identified as Todd Paul Foster, 27, and his girlfriend, Shannon Marie Keen, 36.

Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said officers responded about 4 a.m. to a report that a man had committed suicide in the 2400 block of Ripple Drive. She said it was learned that Foster was at his father's home and used his father's gun to shoot himself in the head.

Fromelt said Foster pronounced dead at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas. Fromelt said officers conducting a welfare check found Keen dead from stab wounds in the home she shared with Foster in the 1000 block of Baseline Road.

Fromelt said the couple had a history of domestic violence.
