Shares of Las Vegas-based clothing retailing begin trading
Shares of Tatyana Designs Inc., a Las Vegas-based clothing retailer, began trading Friday under ticker symbol TATD and closed up 25 cents, or 7.14 percent, at $3.75.
Tatyana Designs signed a 10-year lease Thursday for a Bettie Page store on Boston's tony Newbury Street.
The company expects to open the location in October, making it the company's 10th. Bettie Page designs and sells a line of women's clothing based on styles from the World War II era and the early 1950s synonymous with model Bettie Page.
The company went public in August through a deal that merged it into another company, AirScooter Corp., which had no operations.
