A 34-year-old man was killed and a 31-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night after a hit-and-run pedestrian collision in the eastern valley.

Las Vegas police said Muvaraq Hanga-Taylor struck and killed the unidentified man while driving his 1992 Lexus SC300 about 11:30 p.m. at Lamb Boulevard and Cincinnati Avenue.

Hanga-Taylor fled the scene, but was later located and arrested by police on suspected drunken driving and hit-and-run charges.
